Small changes do add up. That's the concept this site was founded on.

What could be simpler than this?  Here is a message my google alert picked up:

"I am a human resources representative for a small company. An important part of my job is making sure that everyone that works here remains happy. We recently began to offer free water for our employees using water coolers. The employees really love this as the water is always cold and readily available. It is cheaper for them to get their water here than to purchase bottled water and bring it in.
