Steve Greenberg

Steve Greenberg is a cartoonist with the Ventura County Star in California. He has been doing award winning editorial cartoons for many years and his environmental and political work is great. This cartoon is new and has been circulating widely on the web. I found it on another site and asked Steve for permission to use it on Turn to Tap, which he has graciously agreed to do.
